Action-oriented, Eating City also evidences good practices and constructive propositions to shift the paradigm; the ideal place where food, health, environment and social values meet the economy. Eating City is an International Platform that works as a Multi-Stakeholders Process through the Thinking Tables, Workshops and Conferences it organizes around the world in order to gather, share and spread experiences towards a shift in paradigm for city food policy by enabling a “Social Dialogue for a More Sustainable Food Chain”.
