Eating Savvy was born out of our own struggles with weight and health issues. Like many South Asians, we love a good meal, and that love was causing us problems – diabetes, high blood pressure, cholesterol, you name it. It got to a point where we couldn't even see our toes while standing.Frustrated with our situation, we knew we had to find a solution. We wanted to enjoy good food without the health baggage, and, being honest, we weren't big fans of hitting the gym. And that's how Eating Savvy came to be.Through lots of trial and error, we discovered that weight management isn't just about the food you eat; it's about stress, hormonal balance, and other factors too. We figured out how to eat what we wanted (with a few smart substitutes), manage stress, build healthy habits, and keep exercise manageable. It worked for us.Since then, we've been helping friends, especially those in the corporate sector, shed those extra pounds. We get it – no time for exercise and weird eating habits. For them, and for everyone else, we've realized it's not just about what you eat; it's about mind, body, and soul.Eating Savvy addresses all three areas – body, mind, and soul. We provide solutions, advice, meal plans, and practices that cover every aspect of a healthier life. And we're not just about selling products; we freely share information because we genuinely want to help everyone live healthier and more fulfilling lives.
