EatMoveMKE strives to serve adults, children, and families by providing cooking and food preservation classes, leading yoga and creative movement practices, and promoting community wellness in the Milwaukee area. We organize original, from-scratch, low-waste/no-waste culinary and yoga classes as a way to build healthier communities. EatMoveMKE hopes to not only challenge ourselves to grow our skills in the food and physical fitness realms, but to encourage people to value cooking for themselves, to motivate them to put their bodies into motion every day, and to connect them with community members through local food and healthy movement. EatMoveMKE also offers supportive mentoring and wellness expertise through health coaching to help people feel their best through individualized food and lifestyle changes that meet their unique needs and health goals.
