EBN Technology was founded in 2003. Its Board of Directors mainly sits representatives from the Quanta (2382) group of companies and Para Light Electronics Co.(6226). Research and manufacturing members come from IPC & EMS notebook computers group. Sales personnel compose of sales experts from Taiwan, America, Europe and Japan. The entire senior management team at EBN is a combination of senior managers from the original Quanta Group, including the CEO, COO, CFO, CTO, and CMO. On August 1, 2020, the Board of Directors of EBN Technology unanimously approved the appointment of Mr. Dennis Leo, the former Executive V.P. of the company, as the President of EBN Technology Corp. Mr. Dennis Leo has joined EBN since 2012, he has served as Executive Vice President and General Manager of the Business Group of EBN. Dennis has inaugurated unique production lines & a broad base of global top-tier POS customers, laying a solid foundation for the looming momentum of growth for EBN. Prior to joining EBN Technology, Dennis Leo served as Senior Deputy G.M, G.M. of North America Branch, Director of Product Marketing Dept, Deputy Director of Product Design Center, followed by his careers in IC design, consumer electronics, IPC, supercomputer power supply analog, R&D, and etc. Dennis has also introduced innovative business models to EBN to win a number of copyrights, patents and awards from Ministry of Economic Affairs, Taiwan, dynamically widening EBN's commercial win-strategy, creating new RFX web platform, hence laying the growth foundation for EBN's post Covid-19 era.
