We do this on behalf of private and institutional capital. Our focus is on converting to higher value uses existing buildings through refurbishment programmes and active asset management. We are specialists in repurposing commercial real estate, including the creation and operation of hotels and integrated senior living. Our target markets are London / the South East of England and other major capital markets in the U.K. Our goal is to meet forward thinking occupiers’ requirements on Climate Change and ESG, whilst delivering significant returns to our investors.
