Eastern Creek Civil Contracting is an Indigenous Fijian-owned civil construction and quarrying company based in Naqali, Naitasiri. We operate at the intersection of tradition and transformation—delivering infrastructure, creating employment, and unlocking the value of iTaukei land and resources. Founded by brothers Joshua and Freddy Balenaivalu of Naluwai Village, has grown from a river gravel operation into a vertically integrated infrastructure provider. We supply crushed aggregates, sand, and road materials from our Naqali and Setura sites, and we execute “supply and fix” road contracts across the Central Division under the Fiji Roads Authority. We are proudly backed by Vanua Bank, and supported by over FJD $2 million in shareholder investment.
