Program/Project Management: Services offered are aimed at helping clients establish, structure, plan, staff, and deliver programs and/or projects from scoping through implementation, acceptance and transition. Change Management: Successful transformational initiatives require integrated organizational and cultural change management. We have an associate arrangement with OCG Strategy and Consulting Group to provide these services. Staff Augmentation: We offer services to acquire talented individuals for our clients on a contract basis.
