Tom's specialty is providing voluntary supplemental insurance coverage with a Cash-Value and Return of Premium feature directed towards individuals and small to mid-sized companies for: Accidents, Cancer w/ Intensive Care, Heart Attacks / Strokes & Hospital Indemnity policies. He is equally comfortable doing business at the kitchen table or in the board room. He has recruited, supervised and coached managerial skills, and the retention of new agents. Tom was directly involved in multilateral team achievement of work objectives / goals and at one time was responsible for a seven state area.
