ecdp is an organisation based in Essex, run by and for disabled people. • We empower disabled individuals to have independence, control and choice • We provide services to help people manage day to day living, including support planning, payroll services and account management • We deliver a range of programmes to empower disabled people such as peer to peer support, volunteering and mentoring • We listen to our members, and ensure the voice of lived experience is heard ecdp works in a wide variety of ways to support disabled people and those who, in turn, support them. We are also actively engaged at many levels in shaping the policies that impact on their lives. Everything we do is underpinned by the social model of disability.
