Ecell Iim Calcutta

The Entrepreneurship Cell of Indian Institute of Management Calcutta, commonly known as E-Cell, is a student-run body that works towards promoting and encouraging the spirit of entrepreneurship in and around campus. We do this by regularly organizing workshops, seminars, business-plan competitions, guest talks and other similar events. We also regularly bring live projects to connect start ups and students to work on problems collaboratively. Our different Events include Jokathon, Ideas to Implementation, E-Summit, and Startup Weekend. Our flagship events are Ideas to Implementation and E-Summit. This year we are also commencing the "Startup Buddy" program where the startups would be allotted students of IIM Calcutta who would help them in framing strategy, operations, Marketing and a whole gamut of different activities. E-Cell, IIM Calcutta is looking for partnerships with firms in terms of live projects and sponsorships, and participation from students in its events and live projects.
