European Cultures, Education and Sport Association, hereafter referred to as ECESA. ECESA is a non-profit association and non-governmental organization. Our behaviours are connected and coordinated through shared ideas, values, traditions, cultures, obligations and institutions, extending over whole life-cycles. The size can be anything from a small tribe to a superpower. ECESA includes all kinds of people, of all ages, and of different levels of intelligence and health. Well, the whole system is based on knowledge and development to help youth to become professionals in business and life. By organizing international and national events, ECESA wants to help citizens to develop themselves and communities by following the cultural richness and their personal potentials – all together. We invest tremendous resources in identifying exceptional people, developing their skills, and creating an environment that fosters their growth as leaders. Youth join ECESA for the opportunity to apply their talents to complex, important challenges. Their diversity of background, discipline, gender, nationality, and outlook ensures interns receive a singular balance of deep and broad expertise. Our projects are founded on a rigorous understanding of every country’s institutional context, sector dynamics, and macroeconomic environment. We study markets, trends, and emerging best practices, in every industry and region, locally and globally. All members contribute time and expertise to developing these insights, because they are integral to our ability to help youths achieve their goals. Our investment in knowledge also helps advance the practice of life.
