Echjay Forgings Pvt. Ltd. is one of the pioneers in the field of steel forgings in India. Located at Honad Village in Khopoli, Echjay is a one-stop solution for all kinds of forgings, with full-fledged facilities including: die and tool design, die sinking, forging, heat treatment, ring rolling, welding, ultrasonic testing, CNC machining etc. Employing close to 500 employees, Echjay's well-trained and experienced work force is it's main asset. Echjay's capacity is MT per month, divided between 3 hammers, 1 hydraulic backward extrusion press, and a 100/40 radial-axial ring-rolling mill. An ISO company, Echjay has many approvals like W0, PED, Canadian Appendix "H" certificates, as well as various certifications from customers/end-users.
