Ecm- Education Consultants

Schools, Academies, Academy Trusts and Teaching Alliances across the UK trust ECM to support them across all areas in education, from writing a SEF or developing their leaders to enabling their staff to become outstanding practitioners. We have the expertise, knowledge and skills to help you whether you are preparing for your next OFSTED inspection, developing your school IMPACT plan or developing new or experienced staff. Our strength is in our team, and we are proud of the wealth of experience and knowledge that we have here at ECM, and how we have helped schools over the last decade to be the best they can. We work with school leaders and staff to provide a wide range of bespoke guidance, support, coaching and training opportunities. Our Leadership Partners work with your leaders to identify your school’s needs and implement strategies to improve school effectiveness and pupil outcomes. See how ECM can work with your school to co-design a consultancy day or package based around your own identified needs. Our solution focussed, needs driven support ensures that schools feel prepared for their next inspection, know their staff have all the knowledge and skills to do their job effectively and ultimately pupils achieve the best outcome possible. Our courses are written and run by experts in their field with a research-based approach that combines evidence led practical strategies with the latest theories. Whether it is face to face or online, we are proud of our training offer that addresses the needs of schools in a cost effective and empowering way. Our INSET and staff meeting packages can ensure that your staff have the best possible training targeted to your school’s specific needs.
