Why the project is called Eco-Human Resources? Ecology (from ancient Greek– habitant, house, home, property and - concept, science) is the science about the relations of living organisms and their communities between themselves and with environment. Eco-Human Resources has taken the princip of people’s harmonic relationships from the definition of ‘ecology’ and what influence on the world around us they have. A person spends more than 2/3 of life in a workplace, therefore everything that happens to us in our daily life depends on the system of values inside the company. We suggest that we should not be limited by business only and remember that the Earth is our common home and we can make it clean, cosy and homely-like hospitable. Eco-Human Resources makes life on the planet better through people and atmosphere at work. The ecologic approach to managing personnel (E-COHR). This approach lets us create a new conception of business. The business which begins with the responsibility for inner environment and gradually comes to the responsibility for ecology, for the spiritual and educational level of the workers, for the people who are less lucky than we and who we could help. Yes, that sounds idealistic. But, after all, Martin Luter King had ‘The Dream’ some when, now it has become the essential part of our reality.
