At EcoCare Student Accommodation, we have managed & let student homes in Loughborough for over 25 years. We are a local, family-run business, driven by a desire to provide students with a quality house that we ourselves would wish to live in, and an honest & reliable service that we ourselves would want to be treated with. We have a diverse range of excellent quality houses in desirable student locations, ranging from all-you-need one bed flats to very large & spacious 6-8 bed houses. We have some houses on the same street and next door to each other which means that we can also cater for much larger groups. As a private landlord, we're proud of our responsiveness and flexibility to get back to our tenants - there's no red tape or long winded procesess to get maintenance issues resolved. Throughout the tenancy, we have an experienced team on standby who are very well-versed with the whole range of issues that might arise during your stay.
