Following a total redesign of the product range, Ecofast are once again introducing the next generation of commercial kitchen food waste management equipment. Our new food waste management equipment, redesigned to reduce water and electrical consumption, lower installation and operating costs whilst reducing the downtime over the life cycle of the product. By the very nature of establishments serving food, they create food waste. Unless effectively processed every 1 kilo of food waste produces 6 litres of methane. No matter how effective your supply chain and logistics or your waste monitoring system, eventually there is always food waste that needs to be dealt with. With the changing of regulations in England, following on from Scotland, Northern Ireland and Wales, food waste will need to be separated and stored ready for collection unless processed by an approved manner.
