Ecopolplast

Ecopolplast are the creator of an innovative technology and manufacturer of brand-new products - Ecoplastomer®, climate-neutral and circular thermoplastic materials made with 100% recycled plastic and recycled rubber that reduce CO2 emissions by 69% and save production costs. The company was founded in 2018 in Poland. Our mission is to reinvent the use of recycled materials in manufacturing. With current annual generation of 400 million tons of plastic waste and 1 billion tyres thrown into landfills, this is a crucial issue to address. We aim to provide the world with climate-neutral, cost-effective circular thermoplastics without compromising quality, while helping to clean the environment of rubber and plastic waste, limit dependence on fossil fuels and reduce CO2 emissions. Currently there are two categories of Ecoplastomer® available: with PP and HDPE. Our products are made solely of post-consumer recycled plastic and recycled tyre rubber crumb or recycled EPDM, without any additives, which ensures complete independence from virgin raw materials and limits any damage to the environment. We demonstrate to global polymer consumers that Ecoplastomer® is an ideal replacement of virgin thermoplastic materials, which will allow them to meet EU-wide and increasingly also global mandates for the inclusion of reusable product content into newly manufactured goods and make a visible commitment to the circular economy. Since the processing method is the same as for traditional thermoplastics, it is equally easy to implement in mass manufacturing of new products for e.g. the automotive, construction, home & garden, sports equipment, or storage solutions. Any product made of Ecoplastomer® can be flaked and the material re-introduced into the production cycle with the exact same mechanical properties and result as the original material, and the process can be repeated at least 5 times.
