Business Summary: Brick has long been used as a building material. In brick production, dried clay is heated, and bricks are obtained. Brick production is usually done in two ways: traditional and machine. Of course, many current factories use the technique, including these methods. Production of bricks using clay, which is now common due to the need to bake in high-temperature furnaces, causes high energy consumption and the production of greenhouse gases. In addition, the quality of suitable soil for bricklaying is very close to the quality of agricultural soil. And the existence of numerous factories producing clay-based bricks is a threat to Agricultural soil. In addition to the above, many mining wastes, quarries, construction debris, and bleaching soils in sugar factories are known as environmental wastes. In cities where these industries thrive, these wastes create significant ecological problems. So far, the proposed methods for managing this type of waste usually involve high-priced additives that do not allow the product to compete in the market. In our proposed method, the production of bricks based on mineral catalysts is available at a low price. The produced bricks have significant waste and cheap local minerals as raw material in our approach. The final product has a very competitive price, with clay bricks available. The production method of this product does not require a temperature process at all and minimizes energy consumption in the process.
