Unique: The idea for eco-friendly, single-use paperboard spoons arose when company owner and creative director, Peggy Cross, found herself in her car with hungry children a few years ago with yogurt but no spoons! She realized a need for a convenient yet eco-friendly to-go spoon for busy working people and parents. While developing the perfect single-use utensil, Cross recognized the broader and more diverse value of the product. From retailers to institutions, the need for a more sustainable, safe and effective utensil is widespread.
