Ecotherapy Retreats

Our passion for the natural world and self-care awareness led us to develop Vietnam's first-ever all-inclusive boutique wellness and creativity retreats. We decided to operate our retreat in Cambodia with Samphy based here and Sierra based in France to bring European clients. Our goal is to introduce wellness and healthy lifestyle in a way that people can implemented them in their everyday life in many different ways by Using varied methods and activities introduced: yoga classes, general fitness classes, art therapy, Ayurveda philosophy, healthy cooking, aromatherapy… We used to consider ourselves fit and healthy, we exercised and ate reasonably well. In reality though, we were unbalanced, unwell and in a state of dis-ease. With this in mind, we designed our retreat programs to work on the body, mind and spirit. Daily yoga or other fitness activity, coaching sessions, expressing our emotions through art or journaling, getting into nature, energy work, clean eating and plenty of rest. Our customers have been saying the retreats have been truly transformational in integrating these practices into their daily lives.
