Services to be offered include: Advising on technical, ethical and regulatory requirements (eg accounting standards, auditing standards, GDPR, money laundering regulations, practice assurance etc); Assistance with devising policies, procedures and technical material to deliver compliance with technical, ethical and regulatory requirements; Carrying out reviews to ensure that policies and procedures are appropriate and properly applied; Providing consultation on live assignments to ensure that sufficient work is carried out and the correct conclusions reached; Answering technical, ethical and regulatory queries as they arise; Advising on professional indemnity insurance – getting the necessary cover in place and dealing with matters (complaints and potential claims) as they occur; and Producing guidance material on all of the above matters and delivering training to enable firms to stay up to date.
