I have a vision for health and fitness I want to share with you. An image where there’s a place you can cut through all the BS called the fitness industry. A place where you go to get up to date, science-backed, evidence-based, individualized, sound advice, training and results. I call this place EdA – Everyday Athlete. A place where you are not just a membership number but a valued member of the EdA Tribe. At EdA, we place our focus on mobility, strength and performance. The ability to use your body through a full range of motion with the strength to allow you to perform at your best. It’s not about being model thin, getting ripped or getting into a smaller pants size. It’s about health, longevity, being strong, fit and capable. It’s not how you look in the mirror. It’s more about how you feel about yourself. In saying that, fat loss is a significant part of health, we have you covered there too, the formula for fat loss is simple. So simple, we don’t hold it back from anyone. You can find it in the FREE section of our website. In my opinion, If You Are Alive, Standing And Willing, You’re An Everyday Athlete. As an Everyday Athlete, you’re someone who cares enough about his or her health to do something about it. You want to shape your future and instil the quality of life you want for yourself and your family. That’s what we do here, instil a quality of life. That’s my vision.
