EDEN Promotion is a committed stakeholder in real estate development, founded in 2008 in La Rochelle. As a pioneer in sustainable construction, the company develops a humanistic and responsible vision of housing. With more than 3,300 homes delivered through 78 programs, EDEN works towards a more sober, inclusive, and resilient city. In 2023, EDEN delivered the first RE2028 certified building in France. EDEN also innovates on the societal level:"Volume Capable" housing (ready to finish), participatory housing, co-living, and collaborative management of common spaces.
