Edgewood Management LLC, the investment adviser to the Edgewood Growth Fund, was founded in 1974 and is SEC registered. Located in New York City, the firm manages a large cap growth strategy. Independently owned by its employees, Edgewood Management LLC was originally formed as a family office providing portfolio management services to family groups and high net worth individuals. Over the last decade Edgewood began providing its services to an institutional clientele. The Edgewood team relies on stock selection in constructing a concentrated portfolio of growth companies it deems to be of high quality with moderate turnover over the course of a year. Using an investment horizon of three to five years, careful attention is paid to valuation, quality of earnings, strength of the balance sheet and cash generation. Edgewood is dedicated to providing the highest level of service and transparency in growing our clients’ assets over many different economic cycles.
