Our approach to food garden design, establishment, and/or augmentation and management is towards sustainability at the onset. We achieve this through co-creation with our clients imparting an understanding of the processes involved. This way we deliver a transformative experience that enables sustainability by employing agroecology. Agroecology relates to all aspects of our desired lifestyle linked to food cultivation. All life eats to survive, reproduce, and be content. If we hold that in our thinking of our garden, home, community, environment, and world, we appreciate that all life is connected and thus is part of an ecosystem of cycling food and energy. It's powerful to know this to reframe our thinking of perceived success or failure. The phased approach of our work is: 1. Unpack the needs and vision within my client's lived environment. Designing a solution to the opportunities identified. Develop a feasible implementation plan with the resources available 4. Facilitate the implementation process which will involve training incorporated into the establishment of the design. Transfer of sustainable management practices and fine-tuning through active feedback until complete handover.
