The company has been set up to provide two core activities of business development services and M&E Engineering project management to people and organisations operating in the property and construction sectors of the UK but predominantly in Southern UK. The company is based around me at present with the ambition to grow in future years through close associations with similar organisations and providing a complete range of enterprises to help people grow their own businesses by allowing them to concentrate on their core activities. The BD services comprise a mixture of roles from project opportunity searches, people connections, bid management, Lite Marketing (PR, Events, Website, Profiling ) through to presentations and sales target delivery to meet business plan goals. The Engineering Project Management services are aimed at the high level advising clients on the M&E engineering strategies and team approach they may like to adopt and helping them establish those teams and setting projects off on the right course. This involves working closely with other key advisers such as Accountants, Agents, Architects and Lawyers.
