Edmonton Southside Primary Care Network (PCN) is a team of health professionals, led by family physicians, working together to provide and coordinate care for patients. Our PCN has 300 family physician members and 170 staff (nurse practitioners, registered nurses, social workers, registered dietitians, respiratory therapists, exercise specialists and administrative staff). We are growing as we add new clinics and new physician members.
