We provide creative solutions to address whole-school / organisation development priorities and to develop effective, responsive systems for additional needs. We provide collaborative working with staff to build capacity, promoting early identification of need and the implementation of evidence-based interventions. We also provide solutions for individual children, developed in collaboration with staff through consultation, underpinned by the accurate identification of children’s strengths and needs. We believe that a collaborative, solution-focussed approach is more likely to achieve sustained, positive outcomes. This approach begins with identifying the outcome(s) required for either a specific child, a recurring area of need across your setting or workforce development, then together we can develop goals and determine the best way of achieving them. We support you through the creative application of psychology, employing a wide range of psychological techniques, skills and knowledge to provide tailor-made solutions to fit your specific circumstances. Responding creatively promotes the most effective response which may involve responses at an organisational, group or individual level. We believe that settings are our equal partners.
