For more than seven years, we have worked together to develop organizations, leaders, teams and employees, always in close collaboration with our clients. This is our shared core and foundation, but our approaches to the work are different: Malin Edshage has a master in Business Economics and has a background in organization, strategy and leadership development. Mia Ekman is a social anthropologist with a focus on organizational culture, and has a background in education and leadership development.
