As the founder of Educated Wellness, Maureen's goal is to educate her clients on how to properly fuel their bodies with real food so they can improve their overall wellness. Clients experience improved sleep, reduced joint pain, improved skin (from conditions such as acne, eczema and psoriasis), increased energy, hormone balancing, improved fertility, improved eating habits and YES, weight loss.
