Educating Minds delivers workshops designed to reduce sickness absence, boost morale and performance and reduce stress in educational and corporate settings. In schools, we deliver workshops to both staff and students to address the issue of mental health problems. Our workshops are run by qualified Cognitive Behavioural Therapists and can be tailor made to meet the needs of each school or business. Stress management is the main workshop we run but our workshops can also focus on specific mental health difficulties. For example, in schools we also deliver workshops on areas such as assertiveness, perfectionism, panic attacks and eating disorders to students with particular difficulties in these areas. In corporate settings, we do focused work to help with structural changes, low morale or helping reduce the stigma that can surround mental health problems.
