How it all began. Sam Moinet, a former teacher and founder of Student Breakthrough and The Educators Coaching Academy (ECA), is on a worthwhile mission to transform mental health support in UK schools – not just for children, but for school leaders and educators too. School leaders want to tackle mental health issues head on with effective training methods. Teachers and educators want to feel qualified and empowered to support their students and themselves. Students want to feel part of an understanding community that empowers, accepts and champions real emotions and feelings. This is what The ECA is all about; a new way of thinking. The ECA coach training is world-class. Our coaching team are teachers, ICF accredited coaches and MHFA practitioners and each programme is measured using soft and hard data to show the impact of the training. There are two unique programmes depending on the individual needs of your school - ECA Excellence and ECA Elite. Each programme is ICF accredited and every staff member gains a certificate on completion of the course. Everyone wants to live a happy, fulfilled life. The ECA will support, empower and inspire educators in your school to become confident mental health coaches – resulting in a positive, supportive coaching culture across the whole organisation.
