edusharp is a skill empowerment firm, aiming to enhance employability skills and employment amongst fresh graduates, imparting work place skills and other critical skills required to succeed. It’s a known fact that India Inc. continues to face a skilled manpower shortage. In an ever evolving working environment, attrition rates at the entry level positions have been ranging between 40-50% and One of the gaps identified is solely due to the mismatch between the knowledge imparted by the current education system and employable competencies needed at the workplace. We aim at making students, to be the preferred resources with companies in turn creating “ready-to-employ” talent, thereby reducing attrition levels. Our training architecture and industry experts make sure that the fresh students make a smooth transition to industry ready resources to be able to contribute to “first day – first hour productivity”. The program offered at edusharp is a certification for Employability Enhancement Skills, which is tailor made program based on extensive research amongst students, with inputs from various industry players and guidance from senior human resource team in various corporates.
