Edvance is a Category 1* Private Training Establishment (PTE) dedicated to making a difference. Approximately half of all New Zealanders struggle with literacy and numeracy and do not have the necessary skills to perform to their potential in the workplace. It is the Edvance Vision to create a skilled and literate workforce and our mission is to work with individuals to advance workplace skills and personal learning goals. Our core business is the delivery of tailor-made workplace training and development programmes with a focus on communication, leadership and literacy skills to varying organisations and industries across New Zealand.*A Category 1 rating means New Zealand Qualifications Authority (NZQA) is Highly Confident in both our educational performance and our self-assessment processes. This is the highest ranking that can be given by NZQA in their External Evaluation Reviews (EER) and puts Edvance in the top percentile of approved training providers.
