With the recession of 2008 the company restructured and looked to concentrate on the strength of it planning pedigree to make the most out of its existing land bank. This change in emphasis led to landowners approaching the company to assist them in unlocking the value of their land and so the company moved from being a residential developer to becoming a land promoter. We work with landowners almost exclusively on the basis of Promotion & Marketing Agreements, commonly called Promotion Agreements, and have extended our area of operation to encompass all of England.
