Edwards Estate Agents Company Profile Edwards is a family-run, independent estate agency that opened in December 2009, now with offices in Ferndown, Wimborne, Verwood and Lower Parkstone, Poole, Bournemoth. Grant Edward Brooks, Managing Director of Edward Estate Agents, has been at the forefront of the estate agency business for 20 years. Prior to opening Edwards, he worked for the largest independent estate agency in the South and was in charge of their most successful office in the area. Rapidly promoted to Director level, he chose to leave and follow his dream of opening his own business.
