EXPERTISE: Working with adults, couples and the LGBTQ community on the issues surrounding grief, trauma, sexuality, and loss. Developed proprietary tools and techniques in the areas of Releasing Anxiety and Regaining Focus, Managing Sudden Loss, Reigniting The Sex Life For Couples and Being A Hidden Transexual WHY THIS MATTERS: Grief is usually a topic specific to the loss of a loved one- and in its various forms- death of a child, death of a spouse.you get the idea. All of us underestimate how much grief, this sense of loss, permeates into our beings when living with mental illness, recovering from an accident, having had a near-death experience, having lost the role of caretaker etc. As a result, grief filters through every area of our life and limits both our creativity and productivity. The compelling keynotes and interactive workshops I lead provide real and actionable steps for employees, students, and leaders to understand the healing process of grief, loss, and trauma. As a result of these compelling experiences, employees, students, and leaders move measurably closer to their full potential.
