Located in the heart of Birkdale Village, eeZ, the sister concept to The Cowfish Sushi Burger Bar, has long been heralded as the spot for the freshest, most creative and innovative sushi in the area. eeZ offers sashimi, nigiri and basic rolls, but we also take things a step further with our specialty rolls! Each dish, including our stir fry options and adorable bentos for kids, is fully customizable at the guest's request.
