I’ve had the incredible privilege of working with some of the most talented people, visionary clients, and world-class IT companies—placing the finest IT professionals across North America. From my early days at Sales Consultants, to building N. Steven Fells & Co, Fells & Baroody, and ultimately helping grow EFCO CONSULTANTS into one of the premier recruiting and placement firms in the country—it has been the thrill of a lifetime. Changing lives and helping professionals find their path has brought me deep joy and purpose. This work gave my family everything I could have asked for. For that, I am profoundly grateful.
