The Efektor Company, operating in the market since 1987, has a rich and diverse offer tailored to the needs and individual expectations of the client. Thanks to the passion, knowledge and vast professional experience of Efektor employees, the company has specialized in the production of high and very high power resistors and resistors on special order for various atypical drive systems. We implement our own innovative resistors for production. Our resistors have been tested in many applications that use power resistors for dynamic braking, also in the maritime version. Power resistors Power resistors are used in the braking circuit of the inverter wherever high dynamics of drive braking is required and in drive systems e.g. lifts, cranes, winch cranes, presses and spindle drives, where fast acceleration and fast braking or a quick change of rotational speed are required. They are adapted to receive and dissipate high power. The dimensions of the resistor depend on its power and resistance value. We sell resistors with different powers, resistances and IP protection levels. On special order we also produce resistors with unusual parameters and with forced cooling with both air and water. Very good technical parameters and low prices make our resistors very competitive comparing to those produced by other manufacturers. Customer service We also place emphasis on consulting and assisting our customers in the selection of resistors. Incorrect selection of a resistor or its incorrect resistance can lead to damage to the drives. Our experience in this field makes it possible for Efektor engineers to help you choosing the right resistor.
