Our multidisciplinary team is build on experienced consultants with proved results in quality systems deployments (IATF 16949, 9001), quality improvement, production capacity increase or supply chain optimization. We are recognized as effective users of Core Tools (SPC, MSA, FMEA, PPAP), problem solvers (using 8D/QRQC/PDCA/Kaizen) and Six Sigma methodology (YB, GB, BB, Champion, including MINITAB/SigmaXL and project coaching delivered by MBB's and BB). We deliver our services in Romania and in Europe, to over 500 companies, most of it - multinationals, especially automotive (T1 and T2) but equally to Romanian companies, including SME's.
