Effectual Links Sdn Bhd was incorporated in 2015 and registered with the Malaysian Human Resource Development Corporation (HRDC). Effectual Links is a hub that offers professional development programmes for career enhancement, promoting the value of lifelong and continuous learning among local and global working professionals in various organisations. We believe effective employees should function as business partners to their organisations. Thus, all our programmes are developed on this belief besides focusing on bridging the organisation’s competency gaps. We provide truly unique training and coaching solutions to transform how people lead and manage others, work effectively in teams, and manage, sell to and negotiate with customers.
