We leverage our core competencies and resources to grow our portfolio companies and partnerships. Today our portfolio companies are organized into two sectors. Manufacturing and real estate. We service various industries in each sector. We have made a decision to reinvest our earnings into our portfolio companies and new business opportunities to grow overall value to our shareholders. CRITERIA FOR TARGET INVESTMENT MANUFACTURING We seek to acquire manufacturing companies with a strong customer base, proprietary products, stable and experienced team, and strong manufacturing capabilities. Target companies will have up to $15M in annual revenue and healthy operating profits. REAL ESTATE We seek to acquire land in the Seattle area with or without permits for development.
