Efficient Homes

Efficient Homes is raising public awareness of the scheme(s) under ECO4, making contact with homeowners, tenants and landlords with a view to making dwellings more fuel-efficient. Efficient Homes will carry out the necessary checks required under the Energy Company Obligation (ECO4) to ensure that the necessary criteria are met for an application to be made for the funding. Efficient Homes will also be acting for UK Energy Management (NE) Ltd under the various ECO sub obligations, inclusive of LA Flex. UK Energy Management (NE) Ltd have worked in conjunction with Efficient Homes on previous Energy Efficiency projects and we look forward to working closely with them throughout the ECO4 scheme, especially where Energy Efficiency improvements can be made to assist those in fuel poverty.
