Effie creates custom-tailored competition suits for bodybuilders of any federation. She earned her WNBF Masters Bikini Pro card in 2021 and knows just how important that suit design and perfect fit is to boost stage confidence and ease competition day jitters. Effie pursued her dream of competing while working as a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach, specializing in Corrective Exercise. She competed in 4 shows her first season in 2021, winning her Pro card in her very first competition and ending the season on the WNBF World Championships stage in Las Vegas. During that first season Effie experienced the thrill and collaborative joy of competing in the INBF's FitBody division, in which she is also an INBF Master FitBody 1st place winner.
