Eforto® is an innovative system to monitor muscle strength and fatigability as a dynamic marker of an older person’s physical reserves and vitality capacity, allowing to predict frailty. Our approach of testing handgrip muscle fatigability repeatedly ensures high sensitivity and specificity for early declines in physical reserves.
