The EFXR-Wall Ltd. company is a brand-new company. Its goal is to set up its first production plant and find producers and distributors throughout North America. The EFXR product may well be the most Environmentally Friendly eXterior Rainscreen concrete siding product on the market. Presently we are in the process of securing investment moneys to start the first of many production plants. The start up capital is relatively low, certainly under 1M dollars. In order to keep transportation fuel requirements to its lowest it is important to have small production plants in all cities. Brick, stone, and siding installers would pick up the EFXR tiles directly from the local factory. Remember stucco trades people use local materials and produce its product locally. Stucco trades people would also pick up their EFXR products from the factory instead of picking up a few bags of cement and picking up the sand from the local sand pits. Stucco installers would on the average require their scaffolding for 8 days.(Stucco wire, scratch coat, brown coat and finish coat installation.)
