About EGEN EGEN Energy is a high-tech enterprise specializing in the development of renewable energy hydrogen production systems. Our core businesses include solid oxide electrolysis cell (SOEC) hydrogen production systems, solid oxide fuel cell (SOFC) core components, critical materials, and power generation systems, along with integrated energy solutions that can be coupled with renewable power sources such as wind and solar. The company has established a comprehensive industrial layout, possessing integrated R&D capabilities in core materials, stacks, and SOEC hydrogen production systems, as well as a full-cycle industrial chain from R&D to manufacturing to engineering applications. Through continuous technology development and innovation, EGEN Energy is striving to become the world’s most valuable green hydrogen technology company. EGEN Energy has established an industry-university-research innovation platform and a Hydrogen Energy Technology Research Center in Shanghai, and has built a Changzhou production facility with an annual capacity of 100 MW for SOC cells, stacks, and systems. The facility supports end-to-end in-house manufacturing from raw material preparation and stack fabrication to system integration, adopts advanced production processes and strict quality control, and is flexible for rapid capacity expansion based on market demand. The company has been recognized as a National High-Tech Enterprise, and has received honors including the “Innovation in Shanghai” Low-Carbon Innovation Award, the China Hydrogen Production Equipment Technology Innovation Enterprise, and the Top 30 in the National Hydrogen Energy Specialized Innovation Competition. We currently hold 31 patents and 3 software copyrights, have filed over 60 additional patent applications, and participated in the formulation of 5 industry and group standards.
