Egoist Body Studios is a boutique fitness studio offering a wide range of small group yoga, pilates, ballet & dance classes (approx. 6-9 people) & 1-1 sessions. Hidden in a majestic Georgian townhouse in one of London's most beautiful square gardens (Fitzroy Square W1), Egoist Body provides an escape to the peaceful, elegant and theatrical space, a complete substitute to mainstream gyms. Egoist Body Studios was born in 2009, opened by two bohemian sisters Lina and Aiste who have been professionally trained and dancing since the age of five. Both sisters won many championships worldwide and their biggest achievement was Aiste winning the title of vice world champion. The sisters came up with the studio concept after failing to find anything similar in London. “We created a new enjoyable workout concept – a tranquil studio where you feel like home and where your body is treated with care” Lina explains.
