Ehra - Engineering Human Resources Association

Founded in 1980, the Engineering Human Resources Association (EHRA) is the only association dedicated to bringing together the HR leaders and decision makers within the Canadian engineering industry. Through discussion and the exchange of ideas in a non-competitive forum, we provide the opportunities for our members to engage in and keep abreast of the latest trends and thinking in the engineering business. As an association, we work to raise the standards of our industry for our members through regular meetings, annual conferences, as well as through our annual salary and bi-annual benefits and working condition surveys.
